Launching the 360 Feedback Survey

Once all the feedback nominations have been completed, it's time to launch the Feedback Survey!

  • Step 1: Login to your Klaar Account via your organization credentials

  • Step 2: Go to the main navigation menu on the left side of your Klaar Home Page

  • Step 3: Locate and click on "Engagement" >> then choose "Launch Feedback"

  • Step 4: Select the desired Feedback template by clicking on its name.

  • Step 5: On the right side of the screen, find the "Add Target Audience" button and click on it >> Select "Multiple Users" or "Single User".

  • Step 6: Enter a Name for the 360 Survey.

  • Step 7: Choose the Feedback Audience from the dropdown menu.
    (You can easily create your own customized Audience via Groups in Klaar)

  • Step 8: Set the deadline, reminder schedule, and other necessary settings.

  • Step 9: Finally, click on "Launch Feedback" to initiate the survey.

Voila! we have successfully launched our 360 Survey. We can easily access the launched 360 Surveys under the "My Surveys" tab.
