Groups can be created, edited or deleted only by users with ADMIN rights.

Feel free to utilize groups to conduct employee-specific surveys, limit access to OKR tracking, and tailor performance reviews for a specific audience.

π© Members are added automatically if they fulfill the rules set for the group by the admin.
How do I create a Rule based Group?
Step 1: Click on "Settings" (bottom left corner of the Klaar home screen) >> "Groups"
Step 2: Click on the blue "Add" button on the top right corner >> "Add new Group"
Step 3: The Create Custom Group window pops up
Step 4: Add the Group Name, Group Description, and Select a Group Admin from the drop down menu.
Step 5: Click on the "Add Rules" button. Set the rules as per your requirement from the drop down menu.
Click on "Create Group"

How do I create a Custom Group?
Step 1: Click on "Settings" (bottom left corner of the Klaar home screen) >> "Groups"
Step 2: Click on the blue "Add" button on the top right corner >> "Add new Group"
Step 3: The Create Custom Group window pops up
Step 4: Add the Group Name, Group Description, and Select a Group Admin from the drop down menu.
Step 5: Now select each member's name from the drop down menu manually.
Step 6: Click on "Create Group"
