📣 Admins can create engagement or 360 surveys in Klaar.
The first step to running a 360 or Engagement Survey in Klaar is to create a Feedback Template.
You can choose to create a custom survey or use a pre-designed Klaar Survey Template
How do I create a Feedback Template? 🤔
Step 1: Login to your Klaar Account via your organization credentials
Step 2: Go to the main navigation menu on the left of your Klaar Home Page
Step 3: Locate "Engagement" >> "Launch Feedback"
Step 4: You can now view all the pre-designed templates. These can be used directly or easily edited by
Clicking on the "Template Name" >> "Clone"
Edit the template details such as name, description, questions, feedback scale type.
Check the box labelled "Create as 360 degree feedback" in order to create a 360 Survey.
Click on "Save Draft". You can review and refine your survey template until you are satisfied.
Once the survey template meets your expectations, click on "Create Template" to proceed.
Step 5: You can also create your own template by clicking on " Create New +" and follow the same steps as above.
Once the feedback template has been created, we can move on to creating Feedback Nominations
