Every time you create an Objective or a Goal, you will see the following options to assign ownership and track performance:
Objective Type:
Here you can define the ownership type at Individual and Team levels
Individual - outcomes that an individual/individuals is personally responsible for delivering within the specified time period.
Group - for when the outcomes are delivered by a team, department or specific group of employees

What if we have have multiple Individual Contributors working together?
Who is leading the ownership of the goal within a team?
What about people who add to the outcomes but don't need to own them?

Owners:
Klaar lets you assign multiple owners (as many as needed) to an Individual or Group Objective/Goal.

Here's how you assign the owners:
Just start typing in the space and you'll see names matching your search pop up.
If the goal selected is a Group Goal, then your choice of owner is restricted by design to the members of the group
That's not all, for people who play a role in delivering an outcome but do not need to own in, we have Contributors.
You can add (multiple) Contributors from across the organisation to every Goal, Objective and Key Result created.
