The Klaar team has added some fresh new features to help keep your team’s performance on track for a perfect finish. It's time to tune in to your new OKR experience:
Time Periods simplified:
We’ve simplified the building block of the OKR experience: No more planning, performing and review phases. Our customers told us that these phases often overlap. We listened to them. One start and end date for the entire cycle!
Just one start date and one end date for all time period going forward!
Great but what about my existing OKRs on Klaar !?
We have you covered:
All existing time periods will be updated to reflect the start date of the planning phase as the new start date of the entire time period.
The end date of the time period will be the end date of the review phase of the Time Period.
Created time period, set objectives; it’s now time to check-in. Oh wait…
Here’s an Improved Check-in Experience:
This one’s simple but effective. More space for you to explain how you’re doing an amazing job. To use this just head on over to My OKRS and click the arrow to check-in to your OKR:
But is it enough to just check in? You also need to keep pace to deliver on your outcomes. Which is why we’re introducing:
OKR Status:
You have 100 days to ramp up a project from 0->100. It’s an important goal but one of many on your plate and you’re worrying if you’re on track to crack this in 100 days.
Luckily Klaar has your back. Klaar will calculate what is the progress you should make at any given point in time if you need to crack the outcome before the deadline.
Klaar will tell you if you’re At Risk, Behind , On Track or Ahead of the curve right there on My OKRs:
That’s cool. But how do you know I’m on track?
That’s where
Expected Progress Value
comes in: The Klaar workspace owner can now set definitions for the OKR Status.
To do so, head on over to
Settings
-> Customize Modules
-> (scroll down to) Goals status configuration
to define when each OKR status should be applied:
